The double screw conveyor is mainly composed of a driving device, a conveying trough, a frame, and a spiral blade. The drive device drives the shaftless spiral blade to rotate, and the grid slag is conveyed to the end discharge port through the spiral blade.
The feed hopper of the double screw conveyor is flared upwards to accept the discharge of the grille decontamination machine. Except for the receiving port, the rest are sealed with a cover. The shaftless screw conveyor has excellent sealing performance to ensure that the slag, water and odor will not overflow from the casing.
1. Main structure
⑴, drive device
The drive device is suitable for outdoor use. The motor reduction device adopts the structure of shaft-mounted reducer. The reduction transmission device is a combination of helical gear or helical gear and worm gear transmission. The gear design is in accordance with ISO,
DIN or equivalent standards, service factor ≥ 1.2, and the output shaft of the reducer adopts a double three-lip seal to avoid oil leakage. The reducer is equipped with an automatic oil level adjustment device, so that the gear transmission can achieve good lubrication under any temperature change conditions. The deceleration device selects products with low noise, high efficiency and good sealing.
The drive motor is a flange-mounted asynchronous induction motor, suitable for power supply 380V, 3-phase, 60Hz, the motor is IP54 protected, and the speed is not more than 1500r/min.

⑶. Support frame and conveying trough: The conveyor support frame is made of stainless steel profiles and fixed on the concrete civil foundation with stainless steel expansion bolts.
The thickness of the conveyor groove is 3.0mm, and it is made into a U-shaped section. Except for the open feed port, the rest is closed along the spiral groove with a flat cover. The conveying groove and cover are all made of stainless steel.
2. Working principle: The material enters from the feed inlet and gradually moves to the outlet through the spiral to complete the conveying process.
