Structure principle:

The main body of the dewatering machine is a filter device composed of a fixed ring and a moving ring stacked on top of each other, and the screw shaft penetrates between them. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section.

The rotation of the screw shaft promotes the transportation of sludge from the thickening section to the dewatering section, and it also continuously drives the swimming ring to clean the filter slits to prevent clogging

The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decrease from the concentration part to the dehydration part

Principle of operation:

1. Self-cleaning: the rotation of the screw shaft pushes the moving ring to continuously roll. The equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the moving ring to complete the successive self-cleaning process, and then cleverly avoids the common blocking problem of the traditional dehydrator.

2. Dehydration: The concentrated sludge moves forward with the rolling of the screw shaft; along the mud cake outlet direction, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decreases, and the gap between the rings gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral cavity Constantly shrinking; under the effect of the back pressure plate at the exit, the internal pressure gradually increases. With the continuous work of the screw propeller shaft, the water in the sludge is squeezed out, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase, completing the sludge Of dehydration.

3. Concentration: When the spiral propulsion shaft rolls, the multiple solid and active laminations located on the periphery of the propulsion shaft move relatively. Under the effect of gravity, water is filtered out from the gaps of the relative moving laminations to complete rapid concentration.
