1. Brief description and features:
The equipment is mainly designed for the development and design of battery materials. The main function is to clean and recover the remaining material in the sagger, which can be equipped with a bowl machine, a bowl stacker, a conveyor, etc. to form an entire automated assembly line.
The parts of the equipment in contact with materials are made of non-metallic materials, and non-load-bearing screws and bolts are all made of engineering plastics.
The saggar cleaning machine is made of 304 stainless steel as a whole. The saggar conveying and positioning adopts an unobstructed design. The positioning is accurately positioned by multi-segment photoelectric induction. The cleaning adopts double-rolling nylon brushes to sweep the saggar horizontally and vertically, while passing negative pressure. The cleaned materials are directly sucked away. The bottom of the equipment is designed with a centralized ash receiving hopper, which can collect ash and pot scraps, which is very fast and convenient.
